📍 Seattle, WA | 🕒 Full-time | 💸 $26-28 / hour Arboreal Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support the operations of multiple residential buildings in Seattle. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a proactive mindset and a passion for maintaining high-quality housing. What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for repairs, upkeep, and resident support. Your work will ensure that our apartment community is in top condition and that residents feel right at home. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Completing maintenance requests, work orders, and preventative maintenance with efficiency and care Prepping apartments for new residents, including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs Maintaining community grounds, amenities, and common areas Supporting move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections Troubleshooting and repairing building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, fire alarms, sprinklers, etc.) Responding quickly to emergencies and on-call needs Upholding safety standards, compliance with building codes, and company policies Delivering excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and teammates What We’re Looking For General maintenance experience, ideally in a residential or commercial setting Knowledge of basic building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry) Ability to travel between properties Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond with urgency A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies Why You’ll Love Working With Us Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO Be part of a supportive and team-oriented workplace Opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your maintenance skills Make a visible impact every day by helping residents feel at home
