Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring all facility equipment, systems, and machinery operate efficiently and safely. This position performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across production, retail, and warehouse environments. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and proactive in identifying and resolving maintenance issues before they affect daily operations. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery, production equipment, and building systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues as needed. Conduct regular inspections to ensure safe and efficient facility operations. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report any major repairs or parts needs to management. Support installation of new equipment or systems as directed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from production and retail teams. Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Assist with general facility upkeep, including lighting, HVAC, and minor construction tasks. Qualifications Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, food production, or facilities environment required. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical documents. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus.
