The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance. You will also fully service the maintenance operations at our communities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintenance management, project management, and general maintenance. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency. Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems. Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure efficiency. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, HVAC, low voltage, plumbing, etc. Repair HVAC equipment, including refrigeration units, boilers, and plumbing systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand system designs. Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues or potential improvements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Maintain accurate documentation records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations. Skills & Qualifications Proven maintenance experience. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Extensive HVAC experience required. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems. Experience in property maintenance with a focus on heating and cooling systems. Ability to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. Familiarity with electrical systems, refrigeration techniques, boiler operations, low voltage, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Excellent problem-solving skills as a service technician, capable of diagnosing issues quickly. Strong communication skills for effective and positive interaction with clients and team members.
