Description PLK Communities is an owner and manager of residential apartment communities. Currently, we are in search of a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities
Maintain the physical integrity of the residential community by completing work orders and preparing apartments for new residents. Perform general maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, including grounds upkeep.
