We are a growing company looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Bear Valley Apartments in Denver, CO! The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more! Qualifications Experience with plumbing & electrical preferred (hands-on training provided) Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success! Must be able to take emergency after-hour calls.
