• Perform repair, improvement, and preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot equipment issues across shifts
• Coordinate and support the execution of the maintenance plan
• Use CMMS software to log tasks and track progress
• Obtain necessary permits and support external contractors on-site
• Collaborate with production operators to plan and complete maintenance tasks
• Participate in root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions
• Document interventions and assist in equipment-related investigation
