Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician for apartment communities in Shaker Heights, Edgewater, and future communities as we grow in the Cleveland area. Boiler experience preferred. Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for turnovers and make-readies, as well as repairs in various areas such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC. They will also handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance and perform preventative maintenance.
