Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Twinsburg, OH. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a qualified candidate looking to grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a wide range of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance duties on plant equipment, robotics, and facility systems. This is a hands-on, moderately physical role ideal for candidates with strong technical skills and a passion for equipment reliability.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to apply principles acquired through technical or vocational subjects (certificates or some college courses).
  • 4+ years of experience in Allen Bradley, Hydraulics, Robotics, and Welding.
  • Experience in troubleshooting die casting machine cells through the use of PLCs and electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and combustion systems.
  • Navigate and interpret ladder logic in Allen-Bradley PLCs (SLC 500, PLC 5, ControlLogix).
  • Troubleshoot and modify ABB robots (Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700).
  • Install, relocate, and align new or existing equipment.
  • Perform gas and electric welding, machining, and basic fabrication tasks.
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team leads on improvement projects and urgent repairs.
