Responsibilities/Qualifications Bridgepointe Maintenance is actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our growing Maintenance company. We value individuals with a combination of skills and a genuine passion for ensuring the aesthetic appeal and safety of our customers, which include senior living communities. We are an ownership hands on involved company that prides ourselves in treating our team members right. When traveling overnight, we ensure our team enjoys a nice dinner out on us as well as the best accommodations. Responsibilities: Must be able to multi-task and work politely with customers Experience working with multiple tools Ability to troubleshoot problems Timely completion of assigned projects Handling everything from minor repairs particularly relating to bathroom and kitchen equipment, general maintenance, and full construction/renovations Keep the onsite Project Manager informed of any issues or occurrences and seek guidance and support while performing duties under minimal supervision Benefits: Employee recognition events Paid time off starts day one Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to travel to job site in own vehicle or car pooling with Project Manager Traveling a distance is possible, requiring overnight stays Knowledge in the following: Basic Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry and Electrical
