Maintenance technician required for busy estate agency. The key skills are:

• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical
• Basic carpentry
• Painting
• Basic IT skills

The role will be supported by a maintenance coordinator and accounts team. We manage a large number of properties in the Dublin area and our aim is to improve our response rate and cost effectiveness, adding value to our service for both landlords and tenants.
The ideal candidate will have the above keys skills, be organized and enjoy meeting people and solving problems.
Own transport and tools required. Mileage allowance and phone provided.
There are 10 people working in our letting and management team. We believe work should be fulfilling, challenging and enjoyable. The ideal candidate will be similarly motivated.
