Description SUMMARY Maintains and repairs equipment, facility, and premises by performing the duties listed below. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Diagnose and repair production equipment including: Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems. Familiar with electrical panels and circuits from 24 VDC to 480 VAC (relays, contacts, motor starters, switches, variable frequency drives). Ability to read and understand electrical prints and wiring diagrams. Performs preventative maintenance on equipment along with filling out proper documentation. Able to make in-process adjustments to industrial equipment used in production. Must possess strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills. Performs structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings. Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies. Adhere to food safety objectives and work to uphold Cadillac Coffee’s food safety and quality system. Has the ability to stop a production line and notify their manager/team lead if food safety issues or concerns arise. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Two-year certificate from college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. LOCATION: FT. WAYNE, IN Hours of Operation: MON - THURS 5:00AM to 3:00PM Potential for required overtime Fridays during peak seasons. Pay dependent on experience: $24.00 to $30.00/hr
