The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing finishing work, preventive maintenance, and landscaping tasks (general handy man duties" to ensure all warehouse, facilities, and grounds are well-kept and operational. Responsibilities: - Carpentry, electrical, plumbing repairs - Drywall, painting - Clean snow, mow grass, landscaping - Maintain preventative maintenance records - Perform routine maintenance and inspections Requirements: - Use of hand and power tools - Use of landscaping equipment and pesticides - Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm Pay Rate: $22.72 per hour plus annual profit sharing bonus We offer full-time employees our extensive line-up of benefits including: medical (free for employee), dental, vision, disability, life, identify theft, critical illness, accident, and 401k with a 4% employer match.
