Maintenance Technician – Kemps Minneapolis   Starting Wage: $36.25/hour Schedule: Overnight, 10 hour shift Monday, Wednesday Friday, Saturday 5pm-3:30am   Kemps is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to help keep our plant running strong. In this role, you’ll fix equipment, prevent breakdowns, and support daily production. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Fix and maintain production and packaging machines * Perform regular equipment checks and preventive maintenance * Troubleshoot issues to keep lines running and reduce downtime * Work on electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, air (pneumatic), and hydraulic systems * Help install new equipment * Work with operators to solve problems quickly * Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment * Complete work orders and document repairs clearly and on time * Communicate problems that may affect production * Follow all safety, food safety, and company procedures WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Hands-on mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability * Ability to read basic diagrams or work orders * Strong attention to safety and quality * Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn   Kemps LLC is a farmer-owned brand of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), a dairy marketing cooperative owned by more than 12,500 family farmers.
