Working alongside 160 employee-owners in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while serving essential markets including food, consumer goods, industrial, and healthcare. Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule * Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday * Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday * 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00pm – 6:00am)  ---------------------------------------- What You'll Do * Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards * Perform maintenance of electrical systems * Maintain heating and plumbing systems or ensure functionality * Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed * Perform manual repairs when necessary * Conduct general upkeep procedures * Other duties as assigned ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications: * Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds * Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools * Strong communication skills and positive attitude * Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment * Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications: * 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience * Basic computer knowledge * Previous manufacturing experience ---------------------------------------- Compensation & Benefits  Starting Salary:  * Wages ranging from $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
