Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Key process: Optical Coating, Scribe and Cleaving, Sawing, Die Sorting, AOI, Stack and Unstacking To assist production and engineering in achieving assembly goals. Conduct first level check on equipment failure. To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production and engineering use. Perform periodic verification, calibration and preventive maintenance on equipment/ tools/ fixtures. To provide technical support on process to ensure smooth production. Execute improvement projects to improve equipment' performance, process stability and efficiency. Responsible for the overall tool-Downtime. He/ she is responsible for establishing and implementing all appropriate usage of jigs & fixture. Monitoring reaction plans to improve recovery plans if any machine down. Responsible for the equipment troubleshooting documentation, downtime report, and spare parts management. Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time. Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines. Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time. Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of tasks. Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc. Job Requirements Education: Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical or Mechatronics or Telecommunication) Experience: At least 5-year experience in related industry.
