We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help us ensure our production runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Technician who is hands-on and looking to work with a wide range of bakery equipment.
If you have a strong background in mechanical + electrical systems and are a proactive problem-solver, you’d be a great fit for this role.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 3 years of industrial Maintenance Technician experience, preferably in the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial electrical troubleshooting.
Proficiency in working with PLC systems (troubleshooting I/O, sensors, VFDs, and HMIs).
Electrical manufacturing knowledge
Ability to read and understand technical documentation and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
You must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of bakery production machinery, including industrial mixers, ovens, and conveyor systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
Utilize PLC systems for troubleshooting.
Work collaboratively with the production and sanitation teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, BRC).
