Position: Maintenance Technician Location: East Cincinnati Association District (serving COA & HOA communities in Hamilton County) Cincinnati, OH Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation Competitive Pay: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus a $1,000 hiring bonus Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep communities safe, functional, and well-maintained.
