We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in the GTA area, with a primary focus on the M5P postal code. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks in condo units, ensuring the units are in optimal condition for new tenants. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. This job is with at least 20 hours of work per week, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, and requires flexibility for on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
