Your work will include: Troubleshooting and repairing production machinery Performing routine preventative maintenance Inspecting equipment for wear, leaks, unusual noises, or performance issues Installing, assembling, testing, and adjusting equipment Working with mechanical, pneumatic, basic electrical, and circulating systems Replacing worn or damaged parts Responding quickly when equipment goes down Using hand tools and power tools safely Following lockout/tagout and food safety procedures Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized Communicating with production, maintenance, and management teams Requirements Who We’re Looking For We need someone dependable, practical, and mechanically skilled. You may be a strong fit if you have: Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability Experience repairing machines, equipment, or facility systems Basic electrical and pneumatic knowledge Ability to read manuals, blueprints, maintenance plans, or equipment instructions Understanding of preventative maintenance and lubrication practices Good communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently A calm, problem-solving attitude when things go wrong Dependability — showing up matters Experience That Helps Preferred, but not required: 5+ years of mechanic, maintenance, or industrial repair experience Food manufacturing experience HVAC training Military mechanical, technical, or maintenance experience Manufacturing or production equipment repair experience Physical Requirements This is a hands-on maintenance job. You must be able to: Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Climb stairs and ladders Work in loud production areas Work in different temperatures or weather conditions as needed Stand, walk, bend, reach, and use tools throughout the shift Work overtime, weekends, or holidays when business needs require Pay, Schedule, and Benefits Pay: $20–$28 per hour, based on experience Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday Location: On-site Benefits may include: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Disability insurance Health savings account Paid time off 401(k) Employee discount Benefit waiting periods may apply.
