    • Spare parts and tooling management
    • Root cause analysis experienceUnderstanding of TPM methodology (preferred)

    Responsibilities

    ROLE PURPOSE

    To improve and sustain maintenance reliability and low maintenance costs.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented.
    • Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques.
    • trouble shooting of equipment problems
    • process improvement and training.
    • Developing implementation plans and schedules to apply predictive maintenance techniques at our processes
    • Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and adjusting as necessary to increase the value of our offerings.
