Property: Cortland Broad Street, Birmingham

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Service Technician you are responsible for residents’ satisfaction by providing an impeccable maintenance service and day-to-day upkeep of the development. Reporting directly to the Service Manager and working collaboratively with the Community Manager, you will ensure that residents have the best experience, and you will consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service.
