Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and their own transportation, as well as experience in property inspections, landscaping, painting, and general maintenance. This position will also require the candidate to be available for "on call" requirements. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30 PM, on call as needed. Responsibilities: - Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs - Perform routine maintenance tasks and basic maintenance duties, complete work orders within 48 hours, and assist with inspections. - Report any lease infractions to the Community Manager. - Perform unit turn according to policy - Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs - Complete landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting - Paint and repair walls, ceilings, and floors as needed - Respond to "on call" maintenance requests in a timely manner Requirements: - Valid driver's license and own transportation - Computer skills - Experience in property inspections - Experience in landscaping, painting, and general maintenance - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in maintenance, we encourage you to apply for this position.
