Job Details Job Location: Sand Springs, OK 74063 The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and process to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance and repairs to production equipment during machine service Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines Detect faulty operations and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas Qualifications Knowledge, skills and abilities High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ CNC equipment maintenance experience Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills Physical requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, etc. Work environment may include high noise areas, working at heights, confined spaces, congested work sites, shift work, duration rotations, shop setting, etc.
