Description
Starting Wage - $27.90 w/ raise every six months. Top-out rate of $35.00 at 36 months. Hours - 6:30a to 3:15p OT as needed 1. General Summary: Support the manufacturing areas with plant focus on minimizing down time, increasing productivity and maintain the overall Toyota Production System as well as company policies/procedures. 2. Essential Job Functions: 3. Support maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to provide a reliable production platform. 4. Perform predictive and preventive maintenance in conjunction with production management to ensure operability of all plant production equipment and facilities. 5. Perform general building maintenance 6. Oversee machines in Automatic Assembly area, Stamping Press area, Coating (Painting( area, and Automatic Logistics area. 7. Machine uptime/downtime management 8. Support Kaizen and other related activities 9. Other duties as assigned                                   * Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:   Education: * High School diploma or GED required * Industrial Maintenance Associates degree preferred   Experience: * 2-5 years experience in robotics tuning, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication.   Personal/Technical Skills: * Self-starter with strong work ethic * Good problem solving and analytical skills * Flexibility in a changing environment * Mandatory overtime flexibility   Language Skills: * English, both written and verbal   Computer/Software: * Basic Microsoft Office applications 1. Work Environment/Conditions:   Plant:  Automotive manufacturing plant Travel:  0-10% 1. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, see, and hear.  The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing and is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds. 
Responsibilities
Support manufacturing areas by performing predictive and preventive maintenance on production equipment, facilities, and utility systems. Focus on minimizing downtime and increasing productivity within the Toyota Production System.
