As an organization stretching across Ohio and Indiana, we have over 1000 committed and compassionate employees working in multiple impact areas.  The Maintenance Technician would oversee Repair and Maintenance of Mechanical and all other related service categories such as: HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting, Electrical, Carpentry, Drywall/Patching, Painting and other Projects .They will ensure their sites follow local and state codes and regulations and FLS (Fire Life Safety). The Incumbent will manage and ensure preventative maintenance using our CMMS Software (Work Order System). Additional duties will include obtaining maintenance bids and supervising contractual maintenance projects as needed. “ The incumbent will report to the Director of Facilities.   We offer a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a 403(b) with company match.
