The Maintenance Technician would oversee Repair and Maintenance of Mechanical and all other related service categories such as: HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting, Electrical, Carpentry, Drywall/Patching, Painting and other Projects .They will ensure their sites follow local and state codes and regulations and FLS (Fire Life Safety). The Incumbent will manage and ensure preventative maintenance using our CMMS Software (Work Order System). Additional duties will include obtaining maintenance bids and supervising contractual maintenance projects as needed. “ The incumbent will report to the Director of Facilities. Preferred applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent with one year of maintenance/trade experience. This is Mobile position, Candidate must have a valid driver’s license. 1st Shift Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm
