Description JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician JOB SUMMARY This role includes the daily routine maintenance of CNC machines, monitoring, identifying, and communicating problems in every phase of the daily maintenance of the Diamondback facilities. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of proven maintenance experience is required Microsoft Office skillset is required Strong organizational skills are required Highschool diploma or GED required PREFERRED SKILLS Prior CNC experience is preferred Task management experience preferred Effective written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment CORE DUTIES Tasks may include areas of; carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, painting, flooring, patching, welding, other minor building repairs, and cleanliness Make recommendations, performs repairs, and implements preventive maintenance Assists senior techs with repairs and projects Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the facility Keep machines clean and in working order Daily preventative machine and facility maintenance Keep a clean and organized work area HOURS 1st shift position Monday through Thursday, 4:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen.
