Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, clean, well-kept, healthy and adequately supplied environment for clients and staff; under the direction and supervision of the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Actively involved with conserving physical assets of the facility, both administratively and residentially.
  • Reviews and promptly responds to reports and recommendations as assigned and directed by Director of Operations.
  • Monitors day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the facility and reports all housing issues to Director of Operations.
  • Perform repairs, painting, small job installs, and other tasks on a timely basis.
  • Organization and positive accountability tools that may be harmful.
  • Product knowledge of appliances and warranty information as well as damage costs.
  • Accurately organize inventory facility supplies, equipment and tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
  • Assists in new projects as required.
  • Submit weekly supply requests to Director of Operations.
