Description We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to support daily operations at our automotive dealership. This role is responsible for maintaining dealership facilities, service bays, showroom systems, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on dealership facilities, including service bays, showrooms, offices, and exterior lighting Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, panels, wiring, motors, lifts, compressors, and shop equipment Maintain and service vehicle lifts, air compressors, battery chargers, and shop power systems Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards Assist with general facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC coordination, doors, lighting, and minor building repairs Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and dealership standards Respond to urgent maintenance issues during business hours or as required Maintain maintenance logs and service records What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Stable, full-time employment Supportive dealership team environment Opportunity for long-term growth Exceptional benefits Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: Proven maintenance experience with a strong electrical background Electrical certification, trade qualification, or equivalent experience preferred Experience in automotive dealerships, workshops, or industrial environments is an advantage Knowledge of three-phase power, motors, control circuits, and shop equipment preferred Ability to read electrical diagrams and use diagnostic tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented
