We seek employees who are passionate about serving and making a difference in the lives of others.   Make more than a Living, Make a Difference Our Benefits * Low-Cost Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * 9 days of Vacation in the first year of service * Minimum of 11 Paid Holidays * Paid Sick Leave * Retirement savings plan with employer match up to 5% * Workers Compensation * AD&D Insurance * Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer Service Contract Act (SCA) Position Hourly Rate: $18.11 - $20.12 Duties and Responsibilities * The Maintenance Technician is responsible for cleaning and general maintenance work orders throughout the center.  * The Maintenance Technician performs interior and exterior janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments according to work orders. * Performs minor building construction tasks, mows lawns, maintains grounds, and picks up trash and papers. * Ensures that all tools and equipment are in good repair and kept in appropriate storage sheds and closets. * Transports equipment and/or commodities throughout the center. * Maintains a work environment of zero accidents and injuries including no loss-time accidents.   Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED, and one years’ related work experience preferred. * Able to complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.    * Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred. * Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy. *This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a person assigned to this job.
