Company Description Egis Road and Tunnel Operation Ireland (ERTO) is located in the Tunnel Control Building on East Wall Road, Dublin 3. You would be based here full-time. We manage Dublin Tunnel for Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII). This role is responsible for all mechanical and electrical systems throughout the Dublin Tunnel affected property. Reporting to the M&E Technical Manager. The role will also involve aspects of civil engineering as required. Job Description Requirements: 5 years of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician Fully qualified electrician Desirable: MV, LV, LSS, HVAC Computer literacy – Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook in particular Fantastic work life balance with a 7.30am start and a 4pm finish time Mon-Fri. This role is based in the Dublin Tunnel and duties will include but are not limited to: Maintenance of predominately Electrical and Mechanical Systems. Manage records and documentation of all maintenance activities in Maintenance Management System. Ensure day to day preventive and corrective maintenance work orders are completed in a timely and cost effective manner. Attendance of scheduled & other tunnel closures. Liaising with contractors. Assist in the implementation of equipment and system upgrade projects (CAPEX). Manage and support projects to improve equipment reliability, performance and availability. Develop, manage and supervise projects undertaken by the Maintenance Department. Provide on-call cover for out of hours Maintenance activities. Undertaken as part of a roster. Time served electrical qualification is a minimum requirement. Ensures that all processes and procedures are undertaken in line with Company Standards ISO 55001:2014, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2004. Civil/structural/environmental inspections as deemed necessary. Other duties as deemed necessary to perform your role.
