The bonus is paid in three installments: $1,000 at hire, $1,000 after three months, and $1,000 after one year of employment.  Job Summary: Performs advanced maintenance and troubleshooting activities inside and outside PRL Industries’ facilities with a strong emphasis on electrical systems, industrial electronics, and control circuit diagnostics. This position focuses on diagnosing and repairing electrically controlled equipment, interpreting schematics, and supporting production uptime through systematic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. This is a non-leadership, individual contributor role. Job Qualifications:  Education: A high school diploma is preferred; relevant certifications in Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics, or Electrical Technology are a plus.  Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of related industrial maintenance experience in an industrial, mechanical, or machining environment is required. Strong expertise in industrial electrical systems (120V–480V), control circuits, motor controls, and reading electrical schematics and ladder diagrams is required. Experience in troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment is highly desirable. Experience with CNC machines a plus but not required.  An appropriate combination of education and experience will be considered. Skills: * Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. * Advanced troubleshooting skills for motors, VFDs, relays, contactors, sensors, and control panels. * Proficient in using electrical diagnostic tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and megohmmeters. * Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively in English. * Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.  Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Performs routine maintenance of equipment as needed, including preventive maintenance, electrical repairs, and equipment relocation when necessary. * Troubleshoots and diagnoses electrical and electronic systems, including three-phase power systems, motor starters, overload protection, VFDs, sensors, PLC input/output circuits, and safety interlocks. * Reads and interprets electrical schematics, panel layouts, and ladder logic diagrams to determine the best course of action for repairs. * Reports repair needs and parts requirements to management. * Tracks parts orders for repairs and ensures timely and efficient completion of all scheduled maintenance tasks. * Follows verbal and written instructions. * May operate forklift trucks, overhead cranes, hand trucks, lawn tractors, mowers, etc. * Records information per all documentation instructions for EHS and Safety, reporting any issues to management. * Assists management in developing the Upkeep system and preventive maintenance procedures. * Adheres to all safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.      Performs any other duties as assigned and
