Job Description Your Schedule: We have a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM, which involves working every other weekend. What You'll Do: As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for all electrical and electronic systems, keeping our operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic issues Work on process systems, utility systems, and control loops Perform advanced troubleshooting on PLC systems Control Systems & Programming Maintain PLC programming and documentation Support control loop calibration Adjust systems to meet design parameters Documentation & Schematics Update electrical schematics and control documentation Create training materials for operators and technicians Technical Support Support operations, engineering, and maintenance teams Lead advanced diagnostics during unexpected breakdowns Projects Support emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance Contribute to system upgrades and new procedures Qualifications What You Need Experience 6+ years of experience in electronics and instrumentation or an Associate degree in a related field + relevant hands-on experience Technical Skills Experience with PID control loops Experience with AC/DC drives Ability to read and evaluate PLC program logic Experience with Sigma, ISO, or similar manufacturing systems (preferred) Computer Skills Experience with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office Safety Follow all plant safety procedures Promote safe practices across teams Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Additional Information All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
