Role reports to: Senior Maintenance Supervisor
Location: North America, Canada, Ontario, Guelph
Work Location: Fully Onsite
Shift: Weekend shift (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM to 7 PM)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Industrial Millwright 433A and/or Electrician 442A or Journeyman 309A, one ticket required, two an asset.
  • Proven track record of working independently to troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain production equipment.
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving.
  • Technical expertise in processing and/or packaging.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good documentation practices
  • Proficient with MS Office suite

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated electrician to join the Production Maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician. You will support both processing and packaging equipment maintenance activities during the weekend shift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain all manufacturing equipment, perform repairs, and support daily maintenance processes
  • Execute Preventative, Corrective, and Emergency Maintenance work orders by following internal SOPs and procedures while adhering to GMP and safety requirements.
  • Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability activities where required.
  • Support job plan and preventative maintenance review and migration into Maximo
  • Own specific critical equipment as defined by the site’s reliability roadmap
