Main purpose of the Maintenance Techniciann role 1. Perform maintenance and repaid on conveyor systems and associated components 2. Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life 3. Troubleshoot mechanical and motor electrical issues related to conveyor systems 4. Utilize CMMS or Google Sheets and related software tolls to track and manage maintenance inventory parts, maintenance logs, and preventive maintenance schedules 5. Collaborate with other operation team members to improve equipment performance and safety 6. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment 7. Respond promptly to urgent maintenance calls during assigned shift and after-hours as needed 8. Strong troubleshooting skills and ,technical aptitude 9. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment 10. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: 1. Preventive Maintenance 2. Troubleshooting 3. Day to day repairs and maintenance 4. Inventory Control Minimum Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or related trade industry certifications 2. Minimum 2 year experience 3. Familiar with computerized maintenance management system ( CMMS ) A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
