Site & Maintenance Technician/Engineer
Location: Witham Sites
Shift Pattern: Weekly rotation – 05:15–14:00 & 14:00–22:30 - Saturday overtime required on a rotational basis to support production
Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Site & Maintenance Technician/Engineer to join our Witham team. This role is key to ensuring our site and equipment run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll play a vital part in reducing downtime and supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the site as required
  • Carry out regular inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
  • Complete routine repairs and equipment upgrades
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • NVQ or equivalent experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • First Aid trained (or willing to train)
  • Forklift licence (or willing to train)
  • Solid knowledge of general building maintenance
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Awareness of H&S regulations
