MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (ENTRY LEVEL)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team at ADL Water St. in Summerside, PE. This role is an excellent starting point for someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to build a long-term career in industrial maintenance. You will assist in maintaining and repairing production equipment, support preventive maintenance work, and learn new technical skills over time as part of a skilled maintenance team. REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on experience with tools and basic mechanical work (professional or personal)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently once trained, while also being a team player.
• Previous experience working with tools, machines, or mechanical tasks is an asset but not required.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, equipment inspections, and assisting in mechanical repairs.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure production runs smoothly.
