QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in building maintenance and facility management is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and trouble shooting on machines, including soldering equipment, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, wave/selective solder machines, compressors and inspection systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance and improve production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to operators on proper machine usage and maintenance procedures.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Perform general building maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC and electrical
  • Respond to facility-related emergencies and perform necessary repairs.
