Work alongside experienced technicians and learn the ins and outs of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Perform specific duties during both operating and non-operating hours in a timely manner. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of projects. Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations. Conducts routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency breakdowns. Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request new materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Travel to different job sites (no two days are the same!) Requirements What We're Looking For Entry-level candidates welcome--mechanical aptitude beats experience. Basic hand tool knowledge or willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and a "figure-it-out" attitude. Must be willing to travel to multiple sites. Raleigh, NC, Durham, NC, and occasionally Wilmington, NC. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, heights, confined spaces) Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Bilingual a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach, squat, push, and pull objects. Ability to regularly lift 50lbs and occasionally lift up to 100lbs. Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions. Ability to lift objects of various dimensions and weights.
Responsibilities
