Job Description This position is a general maintenance position for upkeep of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, welding and carpentry tasks. Primary Responsibilities: Perform tasks for the upkeep of the buildings and the grounds Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all machinery Perform oil changes and fluid level checks on all forklifts and machinery Use carpentry, plumbing and electrical for minor repairs Perform preventive maintenance of pumps and motors Perform basic welding tasks, ie. mig and stick welding Maintain a clean and pristine work area at all times Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management Serve as liaison with vendors for facility repairs Purchase equipment/supplies for facility related repairs Qualifications Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Two or more years of maintenance experience Preferred Qualifications: General knowledge in maintenance, specifically in carpentry, plumbing, welding and electrical skills General knowledge of working with smalls pumps and motors Ability to read and understand manuals to assist in repairs Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend hours Additional Information Clean Earth offers competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans starting on the first day of employment; paid time off, wellness benefits, employee discount program, and tuition assistance.
