We are looking for a versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our properties in excellent condition while providing the best service in town.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Grande Prairie applicants only.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, can think through a problem, and knows their way around tools and building systems. You’ll handle a variety of repair, maintenance, and seasonal tasks — working independently or as part of our team — to ensure our tenants and properties are well cared for.

• Complete general building repairs, including doors, locks, frames, and handles.
• Replace light fixtures, bulbs, sockets, and switches.
• Prep, patch, and paint drywall.
• Carry out basic plumbing repairs (unclogging drains, fixing leaks, repairing toilets).
• Maintain outdoor spaces, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Provide snow and ice removal during winter months.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform other upkeep tasks as needed to maintain property standards.
