Follow preventative maintenance schedules and safety procedures. Service heating and cooling systems per manufacturer guidelines. Replace light bulbs and maintain lighting systems. Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions. Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly store tools and supplies. Assist with unscheduled maintenance tasks as needed.
