Overview We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician who will take responsibility for performing routine maintenance and repairs on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical etc., as directed in accordance with established procedures. If you are a dedicated team player and problem solver with a strong work ethic, we have the perfect job for you! Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the facility and equipment. Complete work orders and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed. Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance service. Ability to self-direct work. Ability to communicate with and relate well to the elderly. Perform other related duties and activities as required. Qualifications A High School diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of eighteen (18) years of age. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to work well with others. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language. Attention to detail a must. Benefits: Daily pay option through PayDaily.
