Description Typical Duties and Essential Responsibilities: 1. Routine maintenance on buildings and machinery as required and requested. 2. Operations of the heating system, including upkeep of heating units. 3. Operation and maintenance of air compressor, including scheduled oil changes and filter changes. 4. Maintains a clean and orderly work area. 5. Maintains upkeep of building which may require painting and carpentry work. 6. Responsible for all company owned maintenance tools. 7. Utilize our work order CMMS Program. 8. Performs scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. 9. Performs any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor or other management as required. Requirements Qualifications: 1. Ability to work well with others and possess good organizational skills. 2. Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn. 3. Must be able to follow requests and be self-directed. Work alone and in a team environment. 4. Must be available for snow removal or other work-related issues outside of their normal work hours. (Overtime is required with this position) 5. Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing. 6. High school education and knowledge of maintenance procedures. 7. Good basic knowledge of carpentry, mechanical, electricity, plumbing, and custodial skills. 8. Must possess a knowledge of factory safety (OSHA) and environmental (EPA) procedures. 9. Must follow ALL Flexaust handbook policies. 10. Provide your own personal hand tools. 11. Industrial maintenance background. 12. Electrical knowledge is required (120, 230, 480 volts) 13. Valid Indiana driver's license. 14. Able to pass all PIV training and LOTO. 15. Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel repetitively. 16. Lifting 50-75 lbs.
Responsibilities
