JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with expertise in painting and tile works to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely completion of assigned projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in painting and tile works.
• Basic knowledge of other maintenance tasks (Ac, Carpentry etc. is a plus).
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality.

• Perform painting, polishing, and finishing works as required.
• Carry out tile installation, cutting, grouting, and repairs.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and repair surfaces, walls, and floors to maintain excellent condition.
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Support general maintenance activities when needed.
