This position is a non-exempt & full-time position located in McHenry, IL. The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 hourly. This is an onsite position Monday – Friday. Summary of Position Responsibility: Perform duties to ensure facility and equipment are kept in operating, safe and usable condition. Key Responsibilities Repair and maintain conveyors, motors, and controls as needed and directed. Operate, repair and maintain all facilities related equipment including pumps, water heaters, fans, cutters, compressors, control units and valves. Install, or replace plumbing electrical including AC/DC circuits and voltages up to 480 volts 3 phase and or mechanical fixtures as needed or directed. Operate in service company vehicles as directed including van pickup truck and lift trucks. Perform basic carpentry tasks as directed. Build assemble tables, shelves, offices partitions equipment etc, as directed. Reconfigure office furniture as scheduled and directed. Replace HVAC filters, belts, fuses, bulbs, ballast etc, as needed scheduled or directed. In winter months able to clear sidewalks and patios of snow and ice as needed or directed. Assist in cleaning the parking lot of snow and ice as needed or directed. Clean or paint walls floors equipment etc, or as directed. Clean office furniture, cafeteria equipment and entrance mats as necessary or directed. Use mechanical hand tools, power hand tools, table tools, Forklift, electric pallet Jack, manual pallet Jack, scissor lift, pickup truck with or without plow salt sand spreader, snow blower, shovel, personal computers laser scanners sweepers and scrubbers. Requirements Ability to perform PM with work order system. Be available and willing to assist in after-hours and weekend repairs. Willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends, after hours or swing shift Ability to put in work orders in the CMMS order system and close. Ability to use computer to troubleshoot controls such as I/O and fault codes and interpret PLC logic.
