We are seeking a savvy Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our property running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems • Conduct general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, carpentry, and building systems • Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair • Plan repair work using blueprints or equipment manuals as needed • Handle general repairs that do not require a specialized technician (drywall, painting, doors, locks, fixtures) • Execute routine maintenance and preventative programs in line with brand standards • Respond promptly to work orders and collaborate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams • Maintain building exterior not serviced by contractors (snow removal, lawn care, painting) • Assist with House person and Shuttle Driver duties as needed • Keep accurate records of completed and pending work in the maintenance log • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company guidelines • Support technical projects as directed by the supervisor • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities and exterior areas Benefits • Competitive compensation • Health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible associates • Paid time off and holidays • Employee discounts on hotel stays and services Requirements • Previous maintenance, engineering, or building repair experience preferred (hotel or apartment setting a plus) • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed • Friendly, professional demeanor when assisting guests and staff • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs • Reliable transportation to and from work • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays If you are a qualified candidate, please attach your resume with relevant experience for consideration.
