With the hotel being just four months old, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of a modern, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel maintenance, ensuring that all facilities operate smoothly and efficiently to provide an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, resolving issues efficiently to minimize disruption - Conduct repairs and troubleshooting to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards of the property - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory - Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times - Assist in the setup and maintenance of new equipment and furnishings as the property continues to develop Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance, preferably with experience in new property setups - Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods - Relevant certifications or licenses in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC are preferred Join our innovative team and be part of a growing hotel brand committed to excellence.
