Description Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to conveyors, forklifts and conducts routine maintenance to ensure that the facility and property is clean, safe, and functioning efficiently throughout the warehouse. This is an entry-level role within facility management. Essential Functions: Monitor machinery ensuring proper operation Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment and facilities Performance general machine repair and maintenance to forklifts and conveyors Ensure routine preventative maintenance is performed timely on all machinery Perform other work related tasks as assigned Requirements At least 1-2 years of maintenance experience Must have maintenance experience. Forklift and/or conveyor maintenance a plus Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work flexible hours including weekends Must have a current Texas Driver License and must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities
