Job Details Job Location: Grand River Casino - Mobridge, SD 57601 Salary Range: $14.00 - $16.38 Hourly SALARY RANGE: $14.00 - $16.38 HOURLY/DOE SUMMARY: Responsible for performing preventative maintenance inspections, upkeep and repair of Grand River Casino & Resort property. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Maintenance Technician performs inspections and maintenance of the building including HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and electronic systems, carpentry/construction, painting, etc. and general building repair, cleaning and upkeep. He/she performs upkeep on grounds maintenance, snow removal of sidewalks and parking lot, planter/grass, sprinkler system and signage. The Maintenance Technician maintains and services all casino vehicles. He/she monitors the wastewater lagoons and septic systems at The Bay store, campground and fish cleaning station. He/she assists in the training of new staff members and performs any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Director or Maintenance Lead. Employee shall comply with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements – Specifically those in the Grand River Casino Written System of Internal Controls (and appendices) for BSA/AML Compliance. Qualifications PREREQUISITES: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must qualify for a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal non-gaming license. Must have 20/20 corrected vision. Must have a valid driver’s license. EDUCATION: High school graduate or GED. EXPERIENCE: Two years experience in maintenance preferred. PHYSICAL: Must be physically able to withstand continued walking, standing, and kneeling for periods of 8 hours or more and be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to reach to higher levels.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on the Grand River Casino & Resort property. This includes maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general upkeep of the building and grounds.
