We are seeking a Service Technician to join the team at an upcoming multifamily community in the center of the Phoenix, AZ neighborhood, near Desert Botanical Gardens. You will: • Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and general maintenance issues • Assist with apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs • Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards • Support inventory organization, shop cleanliness, and operational efficiency • Deliver excellent resident service through clear communication and professionalism • Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies What Success Looks Like • Timely completion of work orders and maintenance requests • Well-maintained apartment homes and community spaces • Positive resident feedback regarding maintenance service and responsiveness • Strong teamwork and operational reliability • Safe and organized maintenance operations • Pride in workmanship and attention to detail What You Bring • Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or multifamily experience preferred • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance systems • Strong work ethic with a proactive, team-oriented attitude • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently • HVAC certification or related technical certifications are a plus • Valid driver’s license required Compensation & Benefits • $22 - $24 per hour • 401(k) with company match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid vacation and holidays • Growth opportunities within a growing organization Rooted in People.
